Uttara Bank PLC declared 30% (17.50% cash and 12.50% stock) dividend for the year-2023 and passed the Annual Report-2023 along with the profit and loss account in its 41th Annual General Meeting held yesterday (Thursday) at Digital Platform. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Azharul Islam, Hon'ble Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Mr. Iftekharul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mohammed Rabiul Hossain, Managing Director & CEO and other directors also attended the meeting.
